Abstract
Vetebral artery dissection (VAD) typically presented with neck or occipital pain, and posterior circulation territory stroke. Rarely, clinical symptoms and signs consist of neurological deficits of cervical spinal cord or nerve roots. We report a case of VAD presenting with painful cervical radiculopathy.
